These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the BonusClaimVista website and our catering services.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or placing an order with BonusClaimVista, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a quote request. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the current version will always be the one published on this page.

Website use

The content on this website is for general information and to help you request catering quotes. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute our text, images or menu descriptions without written permission. You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable or overburden our systems or interfere with other users.

Orders and quotes

All catering quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and, where required, receive a deposit. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late changes, but cannot guarantee changes made within 24 hours of delivery.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Corporate accounts may be invoiced with agreed payment terms. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, except where we cancel the booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and as much notice as possible.

Food safety and allergies

We take food safety seriously and operate from a licensed commercial kitchen. Guests with severe allergies must inform us in writing at the time of booking. While we follow strict allergen protocols, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with life-threatening allergies should consider this carefully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BonusClaimVista is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our catering services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
